Editing automated mailings

It's easy to edit automated mailings from within the automation workflow builder without pausing the workflows where they are currently in use. You'll just need to publish those mailings when they're ready to be used. To edit an automated mailing:
  • Click on the mailing name you want to edit from within the automation builder. You’ll see a modal that will allow you to edit the From name and address, add a separate reply-to address, and update the mailing subject line.
  • Click the ‘Edit Content’ button in the modal. This will direct you to the editor where you can update the content of the mailing itself. You will see a message that includes information on saving your changes. 
  • Once you’re satisfied with your changes, click ‘Save & Review’. You’ll be directed back to the review mailing modal where you can publish your changes by clicking ‘Save & Publish’
  • Click ‘Save Workflow’. You’re all set!
You can also edit automated mailings by accessing Campaigns.
  • Click on the automated email's entry on the Campaigns page: You will see a message that includes information on saving your changes.
  • Once you’re satisfied with your changes, click ‘Save & Review’.
  • Click ‘Publish Edits’ to apply your changes: This will update the content of this email in any workflow where it is in use.
If you edit an automated email without publishing your changes, it will display as having "unpublished changes" on the Campaigns page.
