Occasionally, you may want to restore archived items from Audience, Campaigns, Response, etc. You can easily access your archived items and restore them to your account through your account settings. Here's the step-by-step process.
How to restore archived items:
- Click the dropdown next to your name at the top-right of your account.
- Choose Archived items from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the tab (Audience, Campaigns or Response) that you are looking to restore items in
If you wish to restore multiple items at a time, check the boxes next to the items previously archived and click the
Actions button, then choose
Restore.
Please note: Archived items are available for restoration to your account for up to 18 months; after 18 months, the data may no longer be retrievable.
