Getting started with the editor
With the editor, you can create stylish emails in a matter of minutes, making it easy to share news, send promotions, promote events or say whatever it is you need to say to your subscribers.
You'll want to be sure to coordinate with the other users of your account to ensure you don't have more than one person in the same campaign at a time. Frankie's editor is set up to automatically save your work as you go and if multiple users are working in the same campaign at once, they may unintentionally clear out each other's work.
Ready to get started?
1. Start a new email
From your Campaigns page, click the Create a new email button in the drag & drop editor section.
2. Choose your template.
Up top, you'll see some starter options, as well as any custom template designs we've created for you. And if you scroll down, you'll find a collection of free designs that you can customize for your brand.
3. Give your mailing a title.
At the top of your mailing, replace "Untitled Mailing" with a new title of your choosing. (It won't be visible to email recipients. You'll add your mailing's subject line later, when you're ready to send the email.)
By the way, just below your mailing's title, you'll see the name of the template you've selected. Click the "Show templates" link to view other template designs and select a new one to frame your content.
4. Locate the Save button.
Frankie auto-saves your work as you go, but it wouldn't hurt to click the Save button in the top-right corner if you're navigating away from the mailing.
