Export mailing response data

 

ou may export a mailing's response numbers into a zipped CSV. This is handy for creating reports, working with bounce and open lists and simply working with your response numbers offline.

To export any mailing's response numbers, click on the mailing from the main Response page. Click Export responses at the top-right of the page.



You have the choice of what you'd like to export. You can export an overview of the mailing, all response details or select which stats are important to you. The options are opens, clicks, shares, new signups, opt-outs, received, sent to, bounced and in progress mailings.



Once you make your selection(s), you'll be given a link to the Exports page to download the file.



You can also access this page by clicking your name at the top-right of your account, choosing Exports and clicking the Mailing response tab.

The report will appear on that page once it's ready when you'll click the downward-pointing arrow to the right of it and choose Download this export. It will be a .zip file containing individual .csv files for each stat you requested.
