Seeing An Individual’s Response History

Want to see if a particular person in your audience has been interacting with your emails? That’s easy to do by checking their individual response history. Here’s how to find it:
  1. Select View Contact History from the options menu beside their name.

  2. Make sure the Emails tab to the right of the Contact Details tab is selected.

  3. You’ll see all of the mailings that have been sent to that person, along with a record of his or her opens, clicks, bounces and forwards for each mailing.

You can also jump to that mailing by clicking on the name of the mailing.
