How to Export Members to Email Marketing

The A/R system has been configured to update Email Marketing on a regular basis. This takes place via an export utility from the A/R system to an Email Marketing account. Although the system is configured to execute automatically there is the option to initiate this export manually.

Email Marketing Member/Guest Synchronization for Jonas Club Management

Email Marketing has been configured to synchronize with your Jonas Club Management system once every 24hrs. This will ensure that any changes made throughout the day will be updated by the following day. That being said member information can manually be synchronized with Email Marketing from the Jonas Club Management system.

Initiating the Member/Guest Synchronization Process

In order to initiate an immediate sync of the member information, the following steps will need to be followed:

  1. Login to the Jonas Club Management system with your Administrator credentials.
  2. Navigate to the following menu:
    • Club Management -> Member File -> Member Import/Export -> Clubhouse Online EMM Interface Profile
  1. Select the appropriate Club Code.
  2. From the menu on the left, select the Sync button.

This will display a confirmation prompt for the synchronization process to which yes will be select. 

Once this process has been completed the export process will be initiated to Email Marketing within 3-5 minutes.
