How to Reset a User's Password

Typically a user can reset their own password by navigating to the Frankie Login page and clicking on the Forgot Password link. This will send an auto-generated password reset e-mail to the user's email address associated with the account.

Should you wish to send a user the password reset e-mail you will need to log into your Frankie account and click on your name at the top right of any page, then select Users.

Note: The password reset email is auto-generated and can take a while to come into your inbox, so try to be patient. Sometimes internal user invites are not delivered due to your server's cybersecurity settings. If you or your users are not receiving password reset emails and they aren't in your spam or junk folder, whitelisting Frankie for delivery can help.
